What is Snowbird Services?

A: Snowbird Services LLC checks your home once a week to ensure that your home will be in the same condition as when you left. We produce a checklist that verifies that the furnace is working, water is running, doors are locked, and many other points of emphasis to give you peace of mind while you’re away.

How am I notified?

A: We will not contact you unless there’s a problem. If there is a problem with your home we will call you immediately and respond to the problem as needed. All inspection reports are available on-line in your owner’s portal including photos of deficiencies.

What are the payment options?

A: Our online portal allows you to pay online through your bank account or credit card (fees apply if paying with cc, that fee is from the processing company, not Snowbird Services).

Why don’t you label your vehicles?

A: An aspect of our service is to provide security, we use unlogoed vehicles as to not tip off anyone that may be watching your home.

What additional Services do you offer?

A. We currently offer home checks and snow removal. Snowbird Services is open to suggestions and will meet your needs.
